Introduction to Luna
Luna was created by a highly experienced team who have many years experience working with children and young people across East Anglia and they have brought the best of everything they have seen and been part of to create something really special for local children and young people who need their support.
All of Luna’s services are built around providing high quality services, shaped around loving and sustaining relationships, keeping local children close to the people and places that are important to them. Our relentless commitment to the children and young people we support ensures they each get the absolute best of us, through the highs and the lows and our careful and thoughtful practice keeps their safety and their needs at the heart of everything we do.
Central to our approach is PACE – Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy. By developing positive, trusting relationships and understanding the experiences behind a young person's behaviour, we aim to help children overcome barriers, strengthen their resilience and develop greater confidence and independence. At Luna, our goal extends beyond providing a safe place to live. We want every young person to have the support, opportunities and encouragement they need to grow, achieve their potential and prepare positively for adulthood.
Luna Children's Homes
We have created small, individualised children’s homes for vulnerable children who need care & support, including those children and young people with a learning disability or difficulty, autism, neurodiversity and/or emotional and behavioural needs. Our approach is therapeutic and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on creating safe, stable and supportive environments where each young person is recognised as an individual.
Every home has been chosen by our team to reflect a typical family home. Each Luna home is thoughtfully designed & furnished to feel like home with spacious en-suite bedrooms, contemporary kitchens, comfortable shared living areas and private gardens, each home provides children with their own personal space alongside areas where they can spend time together, build relationships and enjoy everyday experiences.
Keeping our homes intentionally small enables us to create a calm, nurturing and familiar environment where children can feel secure, develop trusting relationships and know that their views, feelings and experiences matter. Our multi-home approach brings together the benefits of small, family-style living with the consistency and support of an experienced care team, overseen by a dedicated Registered Manager.
Luna Learning
We are in the process of setting up Luna Learning, a specialist Alternative Provision delivering bespoke learning and work experience opportunities for children who need it across East Anglia.

We are in the process of setting up a regional fostering agency to support local children so if you are a carer or a professional keen to be part of our journey to do fostering a little differently with carer hubs, high levels of support including regular overnights and expectional training and support we would love to hear from you!

Our Location
Luna is based in the East of England. The locations of our services provide a balance between peaceful surroundings and good accessibility, giving children opportunities to engage with their local community, enjoy outdoor spaces and activities, and develop greater confidence and independence.
